Policies

Warranty

All our furniture is covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Mexican federal consumer protection law. To request warranty service, email ventas@manufakturamuebles.mx with your original proof of purchase and evidence of the defect; the piece must be brought to our store for evaluation. Coverage includes repair or replacement of the defective materials — not full replacement of the product — and does not apply to misuse, unauthorized alterations, or damage from abrasive products, solvents, household cleaners, natural wear, or exposure to the elements.

Shipping & returns

• Out-of-town orders are delivered by outside carriers within Mexico; the cost is calculated by weight, distance and delivery type, and is paid by the customer.
• Please unpack and inspect your order as soon as it arrives: once it's received and signed for, we can't accept claims afterward, and Manufaktura isn't responsible for damage caused by outside carriers.
• Showroom (floor-model) pieces are inspected in store; the customer accepts any existing wear shown at that time.
• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase; the item must be unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Sale items aren't refundable.
• Exchanges are only made for defective or damaged items; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Privacy

• When you visit or buy on the site, we collect device information (browser, IP address, cookies) and order information (name, addresses, payment details, email and phone).
• We use this information to process orders, communicate with customers, prevent fraud and, with your consent, to send information about our products or services.
• It's shared with providers that help run the online store (like the e-commerce platform and site analytics), and it's kept until you request its deletion.

Terms & conditions

• Our products are furniture and home accessories; depending on the material, there may be variations from the images shown, and colors may differ depending on your screen.
• By placing an order, the customer authorizes it to be manufactured within the company's stated lead times; this is not grounds for cancellation.
• Once an order is received and signed for, we don't accept cancellations for a change of model, size or color, nor definitive cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer.
• Invoicing must be requested within 48 business hours of the purchase-confirmation email, and within the same month as the purchase.
